Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Brandwright (“we”, operated by Snap2Pass) at brandwright.dev. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

The service

Brandwright is an AI brand studio that generates brand assets — briefs, logos, palettes, type, favicons, a brand voice, and a downloadable kit — from your descriptions.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service: no unlawful, infringing, or harmful content; no attempts to breach security, scrape, or overload the system; and no generating content you do not have the right to create. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

Credits & billing

The service runs on credits, purchased in one-off packs (not a subscription). Credits are consumed when you generate assets, are non-transferable, and have no cash value. Refund terms are described in our Refund Policy.

Ownership of your assets

As between you and us, you own the brand assets you generate and may use them for any lawful purpose, including commercially. You retain rights to the descriptions and inputs you provide; you grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service (e.g. to process and store your content and deliver your kit).

AI output — no warranty of uniqueness or clearance

Assets are generated by AI and are provided “as is”. We do not warrant that any output is unique, original, or free of third-party rights, and we perform no trademark, copyright, or other clearance. You are responsible for reviewing and clearing any asset before relying on or using it commercially.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, and our aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
