Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Brandwright (“we”, operated by Snap2Pass) collects when you use the service at brandwright.dev, how we use it, and the third parties that process it on our behalf. Questions: support@brandwright.dev.

What we collect

• Account data — your email address and authentication identifiers (including a Google account identifier if you sign in with Google).
• Brand content — the briefs, prompts, and brand assets you create, so we can store and let you download your brand kit.
• Billing data — your credit balance and a ledger of purchases and usage. Card details are handled entirely by Stripe; we never see or store full card numbers.
• Usage & device data — analytics events, approximate location from IP, and basic device/browser information, used to understand and improve the product.

Subprocessors we share data with

We use the following service providers, each only for the purpose listed:

• Supabase — authentication and database hosting (account and brand data).
• Stripe — payment processing for credit purchases.
• fal.ai — AI image generation (your prompts and briefs are sent to generate assets).
• Google Analytics and PostHog — product analytics and usage measurement.
• Amazon SES — transactional email (e.g. confirmation and account messages).
• Vercel — application hosting and content delivery.

How we use your data

To operate the service (create, store, and deliver your brand kits), process payments and meter credits, provide support, secure the service against abuse, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal data.

Retention & your rights

You can export your data and delete your account at any time from Account & usage in the studio. Deleting your account removes your brand content and personal data; we retain the minimal billing records required for legal and accounting purposes. Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above.
