Refund Policy

Brandwright (operated by Snap2Pass) sells credits in one-off packs. There is no subscription, so there is nothing to cancel — you are only ever charged when you choose to buy a pack.
Refunds on unused credits
If you are unhappy with a purchase, you may request a refund of unused credits within 14 days of the purchase. We refund the unused portion of that pack to your original payment method.
Consumed credits
Credits that have already been spent on generation are non-refundable, because each generation incurs real compute cost at the moment it runs.
How to request a refund
Email support@brandwright.dev from your account email with your request. We process eligible refunds within a few business days; the time for funds to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.
Problems & exceptions
If you were charged in error or the service failed to deliver what you paid for, contact us — we will make it right regardless of the window above.
